SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All SLOTH ROUSING orders are shipped with DAO or GLS. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when the order is shipped. We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days.
Some styles are pre-orders and will be send beginning of December.
The following shipping charges will be added to your order:
RATES
Denmark from DKK 50
Europe from € 13
Rest of the world from € 15
International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about an item please follow these instructions:
Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches SLOTH ROUSING and it is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay with. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to complete your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
